Community  Mediation Services ("CMS") provides Clark County residents with  an  informal,  private way to improve communication and resolve
disagreements.

We offer dispute  resolution services, mediation,  facilitation and
training.  We can help manage and resolve a variety of disputes including :
  • business and consumer  conflicts
  • workplace conflicts
  • parenting plans
  •  neighbor-to-neighbor conflicts
  •  landlord-tenant conflicts
  • small claims issues and
  • many others.

CMS Launches Parenting Plan Mediation Program

We are pleased to announce our newest  family mediation service which provides affordable parenting plan mediation sessions for parents who are going  through divorce or dissolution or wish to create or update a formal parenting  plan. 

Participating parents may be eligible for a grant or reduced fee depending on income.
 
 Our training includes multiple simulated mediations with an experienced coach to guide trainees in their development as mediators
